Professional background

I started my career as a disputes lawyer at a large corporate firm. Many years ago, I left private practice to become legal counsel for a nightlife and F&B group. Now, I run my own corporate services firm specialising in all-things startup, and I am also the COO/CFO of an angel investment syndicate and VC fund. My specialisation is in advising fund managers and founders on legal, finance, and operation matters.
